Step deck is downloaded yet no cards are showing up

I downloaded the step deck, and when I came to open up the deck to check it out, the cards were there, but the images weren’t functioning properly. I quit the anki app and opened it up in hopes of fixing that problem, but all the cards just disappeared. Even the tags disappeared. I would press “sync with AnkiHub” multiple times, but that wouldn’t do anything. One thing I did notice is that it says “media sync: idle". I clicked it multiple times, but that didn’t do anything. Any ideas??
