For missing images:
A quick note: After you download a deck for the first time, it’s normal for the images to take some time to load, depending on your internet connection. Please try these steps:
- Check if the media sync is idle in your main Anki window.
- Make sure the “Extra” field is not protected: How to Manage Protected Fields
- Reset your local changes: How to Reset Local Changes
If these steps don’t solve the issue, please send us a screenshot showing an example of a missing image.
About studying for Step 1:
If you are studying for Step 1, you only need to study the cards tagged for it. You can find them by exploring the tags in the Anki browser, and you can also browse for tags based on your specific study resources.
