I’m using the Anking MCAT deck. I have a subscription and I have all of the subdecks installed. Currently I only use the Behavioral subdeck and all the rest I have moved to a local subdeck called “Unused” so that it doesn’t clutter up my UI.
I notice that when I open Ankidroid on my phone, it doesn’t sync the subdeck moving change and I’m wondering if that’s an Ankihub issue or an Ankidroid issue?
Hi I wanted to make sure I could reproduce the issue again before I replied. A few hours ago I was doing Anki on my phone, doing cards from a deck that’s not in Anking. I synced after doing the deck on my phone and just opened Anki on my laptop (the only other machine I’m logged into Anki), and for some reason some of the unused decks are back.
Sorry i thought i responded. Yes i’ve tried a one way sync and then within a few days it keeps resetting. I now have all the decks in my Anking deck when a few days ago I only had Behavioral.
This may very well be an Ankidroid issue, I can’t be sure.
Since Ankihub itself appears to be working well, and without issue, I’m a bit out of my depths to troubleshoot what seems likely to be an issue with Ankiweb and/or Ankidroid.
The best advice I can give would be to reach out on the official Anki forums and see if there is some helpful troubleshooting to be had there: https://forums.ankiweb.net/
