Chat bot does not work AFTER entering the deck

Hi!
The chat bot does not work while studying with ANKING Step deck.
The chat bot allowed to be opened solely when the studying the flashcards have not begun yet.

Whenever I click the chatbot icon in the left corner I got blank screen and error:

Don’t mind the screen being in polish, the upper error text is standard.
The lower part is what troubles me. The error window pops out a few times after clicking chat icon only once!

The chatbot interface looks like this:

Resetting the Anki app, synch or any standard solutions do not solve the problem.

Hello,

I believe part of the issue may be that the version of Anki you are using is quite dated. I would recommend updating to the most recent version (24.11), which can be found here: https://apps.ankiweb.net/
