I am on a mac and have updated my anki and synced my collection. I looked around to see wasn’t able to find anything on this. The AI Chatbot stopped working for me. Regardless of the question it prompts back the same.
edit: I recently downloaded the MCAT deck for the amino acids and this hapenned. The bot works perfectly on my step deck anyways. Might this be an only step deck feature?

An active AnkiHub premium subscription
The latest version of the AnkiHub add-on
Not being on a scholarship subscription
Ensure you’re using a deck with AI enabled
You need to be using a deck that has AI features enabled, such as the AnKing Step Deck.
Change destination for new cards
If the above steps don’t resolve the issue:
In your main Anki screen, click the AnkiHub add-on
Click Deck Management
Select the deck that has AI enabled
Click “Change Destination for New Cards”
Select the appropriate deck (even if already selected) and click “Confirm Destination for New Cards”
If problems persist
Try restarting Anki
Check if any other add-ons might be interfering by temporarily disabling them
Make sure your AnkiHub add-on is updated to the latest version

Having the same issue with the step deck. Sometimes when I click “can you explain this topic” it works, but follow up questions and manually typed questions don’t seem to be working.
