Creating deck with two tags

I am using Anki on ios .I want to do all the cardiology tag cards which are under IMnodupes only step 2.

Please help me on how to make filter decks or custom study .

Also when i browse card with the tag shown in picture my ipad shows no cards but in pc it shows cards

Hello . THE BOT SOLUTION IS NOT WORKING AS THEIR IS NO CARDIOLOGY TAG . ALSO WHEN I SELECT THE IM NO DUPES ONLY STEP 2 TAG IT BRINGS OTHER CARDS LIKE GASTRO RESPI ETC .

Hmm, you might double-check and see what tags are present in your local collection. The AnKing Step deck does have a cardiology tag under subjects, as so:

You might double-check for the presence of that tag and, in a pinch, you can always institute a corroboration check of your local collection against the server copy as so: Resetting Local Changes
