Deck is not syncing

I have subscribed to the deck I want but after adding the AnkiHub addon and attempting to sync I get an error message that says, “AnkiHub sync canceled.” How do I fix this issue to be able to use the decks? I have attempted to delete Anki and redownload, delete the addon and redownload, unsubscribe and resubscribe to the deck, and tried subscribing to other decks.

Did you also get a message asking you whether to upload or download?

You should read the message carefully and choose the appropriate option before syncing with AnkiHub, otherwise, you might lose data.
