all of my cards are showing me the answer on dermki… please help. I attached a screenshot.
Things not to ask about here :
Please include supporting information and documents such as screenshots, recordings, complete error messages, etc.
its also saying “cloze deletions can only be used on cloze notetypes”
now all my cards are coming up as blank… please help im losing my mind and dermki never seems to work for me.

Hello,
Please see the second part of the FAQ for the solution. This issue arises when you protect the text field.
If your cards are blank upon reviewing. This typically means that you have encountered a 1-by-1 card with a missing cloze.
To solve this issue:
Navigate to Tools
Click on Empty Cards
Click Delete (leave the box ticked)
If this does not solve your issue, this means that you may have accidentally protected your Text field on AnkiHub.
Find the deck on AnkiHub
Navigate to the 3 dots on the top right
Click on Manage protected data
Uncheck the text or extra field
Save Changes

ok great (sorry i must have protected by text when i was trying to fix the problem myself)
but im still having the issue… the answer is showing for every dermki cards

Can you take a full screenshot of your screen? Does this happen with every card?
What anki version are you on?
yes this happens with every single dermki card!!! this is my version:
Version 23.12.1 (1a1d4d54)
Python 3.9.15 Qt 6.5.3 PyQt 6.5.3
and then when i hit browse when i’m on dermki deck it says "cloze deletions can only be used on cloze notetypes”

Did you change the note type of the card by any chance?
Can you go to browse → click on the dermki deck on the left hand side in decks → check note types in browse (see image)
Then take a screenshot
i dont think so? idk how to change the note type. i think i found what you are looking for…

Is this a fresh install of the deck? Did you study any cards? If not, try using the AnkiHub > Reset all local changes to a deck option in the browser.
No it’s not a fresh install but I don’t mind losing my progress. I will try what you suggested and let

i cant find where to reset all local changes??
its still doing the same thing as my original problem… should i just delete and redownload? i dont care about progress… i just havent been able to study with this for the past week and need it fixed

Yes, you can try deleting the deck and unsubscribing on AnkiHub.
Then resubscribe and sync
what is the deck code im struggling to find it with the video instructions
