How to Cancel Your AnkiHub Subscription and Delete Your Account

Based on your request, I can help you with both canceling your subscription to stop future payments and deleting your account if needed. Here are the steps:

To Cancel Your Subscription (Stop Future Payments)

  1. Go to https://app.ankihub.net/
  2. Click on the Settings button at the top of the page
  3. Scroll down and click the Membership Portal button
  4. From there, you can cancel your subscription

To Delete Your Account Completely

Currently, there isn’t a self-service option to delete your AnkiHub account. To request account deletion:

  1. Send an email to support@ankihub.net
  2. Clearly state that you want your account deleted and all associated data removed
  3. Include your account details so they can identify your account

The AnkiHub team will process your request and confirm when your account has been deleted.
