Ive been searching around for a few days for help with this and have not found any solutions yet so hopefully someone knows! While studying for step1 this spring, I would modify some of the premade Anking cards content based off questions I missed on Uworld to help me study. Now that I am starting 3rd year, Im wanting to remove those changes I made to the Anking cards so that they work better for what I need now. Everything I have found when searching for help just keeps referring to “resetting/forgetting” the card and how often it is seen rather than what im trying to do (revert the actual card content back to original).
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
Make sure to unprotect those cards if you have done so, if you haven’t, the above instructions will revert those changes back to the original AnkiHub has them as
I just tried doing this and it didnt work. I dont believe the fields are protected either. When I looked at a specific card that was previously modified that i wanted to revert back to the original, the option to reset all local changes wasnt able to be selected.
