I tried a suggestion noted in another thread by Ahmed if all the cards download & u can see them in browse after u make sure toggle option is not checked go to the deck and choose all the cards ‘Ctrl A’ then change deck to the Anking one

I can see the cards under browse but not as a deck

I have subscribed to the Anking Step Deck, installed the deck on Anki and the media download is complete too. After clicking browse, I was able to see all cards in the deck and I suspended few of them.
