I cannot able to access AnKing Overhaul for Step 1 & 2 {solved}

I really Need Technical Support i’ve trying to dowload the Anking Overhaul Deck For Step 1 & 2 But When I go to the main Page in Anki
& I start to Syncronize the Anki Hub to start dowloading the deck I cannot be able to acces Anking Overhaul for Step 1 & 2 I’ve stuck on it for hours. Would you mind for helping me out?

Can you elaborate on what you mean by unable to access?

Does your deck show 0 cards? If so, try this Why does my AnKing Step Deck have 0 cards?

Why does my Anking Step Deck have 0 cards? Even though i had been trying before to redowload it times in a row. It has been showing me the same thing an empty deck. Would you mind for helping me out? Please​ i’ll attached a photo of it.

Hello Sir I^ve already followed the 5 Steps

1. I Went to my anki browse
2. I scrolled down until found out the tag #Ak_Step 1_v12 I just did R click on it.
3. And I click on the top where it says cards & click on toggle suspended
4. It just apper like if all the cards are uploading but when i go back to my main page it never showed a blue card.
   5 my Question is what step am i missing or why i cannnot enable to access to dowload the deck?

All the cards have already been downloaded to your deck.

Can you go to the AnKing deck and right click and see what your settings are? Like this

But unfortunately the cards havent been dowloaded yet to my deck?

My Q is if ive already gone to my anki browse & I just click on #Ak_Step1_v12 & click on togle suspend. What would be the next step in order to enable to satr dowloading the cards?

I will attached 2 photos of how does my screen looks like at this time. I wish you could tell me what do i have to do to can fix this techinical problem thanks​

The cards have been downloaded.

Can you go to any anking card and right click and take a picture of this

You’ve unsuspended all the cards right? Also make sure to enable this option by right clicking on that row

Can you click on “toggle suspend” and see if a blue card pops up? Make sure there is no check mark next to toggle suspend

There is no Blue card that pop up after i clicked on “togle suspend”.

It still apears an empty anki deck. What we sould do next?

It appears your cards are in a deck called “Step 1 - By. Dr. P”

Please check that deck, that is where all the AnKing cards are

Upgrading from V11 If you had V11 and installed V12, it matches all the notes with the previous note ID’s in your old V11 deck, therefore, if you had a separate deck where you put the AnKing deck, all the cards will be updated there. I Delete the deck & start to redowlnoading again but now it doesnt show me anything

What should I do since the begging to can dowload the deck it becomes frustrating

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

This issue is occuring because the deck is syncing to the Dr P one. The cards are available just in a different deck

You can change all the cards to a different deck by following the link above
