Please try the following steps:
- Ensure the “Extra” field is not protected: How to Manage Protected Fields
As the bot said:
- Open the AnkiHub add-on menu in Anki. and check what the media sync status says:
- If it shows “Downloading”: your media is still being downloaded. Just wait until it says “Idle.”
- If it shows “Idle”: the media sync should be complete.
- Reset your local changes. Here’s a tutorial: How to Reset Local Changes
