Welcome to AnkiHub, and thanks for posting!
It looks like your message currently just contains the template text for the Support category, so I’m not yet sure what problem you’re running into.
To help you with the “I only see 699 cards after I subbed to anking” issue, please reply with:
Exactly what you did
Did you:
Install the AnkiHub add-on in Anki?
Log in to AnkiHub from the add-on?
Subscribe to the AnKing deck on the AnkiHub website ?
Click “Download deck” or “Sync with Anki” ?
What you see now
In Anki (desktop):
Deck name you see (e.g. “AnKing Overhaul…”, “AnKing Step Deck”, etc.)
The number of cards shown in:
Browse → select the deck (screenshot if possible)
On AnkiHub (website):
Which deck page you subscribed to (link or screenshot).
Screenshots
One screenshot of:
Your Anki deck list showing that deck and the “699” count
One screenshot of:
The AnkiHub page for the deck you subscribed to.
This will let me check whether:
You subscribed to a sub‑deck or subset deck that really only has ~699 cards.
The deck hasn’t finished downloading/syncing yet.
A filter or search is hiding cards in the Browser.
You’re using a different deck than the main AnKing Overhaul.
Once you share those details, I can give you precise, step‑by‑step instructions to either:
Get the full AnKing deck , or
Find the missing cards if they’re already there but not visible.
Hello,
I would be happy to help.
Yes, that can be normal. You can check your tags, under the MCAT tag, to confirm the full number of cards:
It may also be helpful to check out your deck settings, which are also likely playing a role:
Give those things a shot, let me know how you fare, and we’ll go from there and hopefully we can get you squared away.
