It looks like you accidentally pasted the instructions for the Support category into your post instead of your actual question.
From your title, it sounds like your real issue is:
You synced the AnkiHub MCAT deck, but it’s not showing up in Anki. You only see “Getting Started with Anki” with subdecks “Basic” and “Intermediate”.
Let’s go through the key things to check.
1. Confirm the deck is actually subscribed on AnkiHub
- Go to app.ankihub.net.
- Log in with the same account you’re using in the AnkiHub add-on.
- Go to Subscriptions and confirm you see the MCAT deck there.
- If not, you’ll need to subscribe to it first, then sync from Anki.
2. Check AnkiHub add-on status in Anki
In the desktop Anki app:
- Go to Tools → Add-ons.
- Find AnkiHub in the list:
- Make sure it’s enabled.
- Click Config and confirm you’re logged in with the same AnkiHub account.
- Back in the main Anki window, click AnkiHub → Sync with AnkiHub (or the AnkiHub button if you see it).
Then return to the Decks screen and see if a new MCAT deck (or top-level deck related to it) appears.
3. Make sure you’re looking in the right place in Anki
- The MCAT deck may show up:
- As a top-level deck with “MCAT” in the name, or
- As a subdeck under another deck.
- Click the small triangle next to any parent deck to expand subdecks.
- Also check Tools → Check Database once (sometimes helps refresh things after big imports/syncs).
4. If it still doesn’t show up
Please reply in that topic with:
- A screenshot of:
- Your Anki Decks screen, and
- Your AnkiHub → Subscriptions page in the browser.
- The exact name of the MCAT deck you’re trying to use (e.g., AnKing MCAT vX, etc.).
- Whether this is your first time installing Anki + AnkiHub on this computer.
With that info it’s much easier to see what’s going wrong and guide you step by step.
Hello,
Could you please share a screenshot of your Anki main screen showing your decks, along with a screenshot of the cards you are currently seeing?
Also, please go to your Browse screen, select this tag, and let me know how many cards are in it:
