Hi there! Looking at your screenshots, I can see you’ve successfully subscribed to the AnKing deck through AnkiHub, but you’re having trouble seeing the deck in Anki. Let me help you get this resolved.
Here’s what you need to do:
Make sure you’ve synced in Anki
After subscribing on the AnkiHub website, you need to click the sync button in Anki to download the deck.
Check if the deck is installed but shows 0 cards
This is completely normal! The AnKing deck is installed with all cards suspended by default. The “0” you see just means there are no unsuspended cards yet.
Unsuspend cards to start studying:
Go to Browse
On the left side, go to Tags
Find the tag you want (for example, #AK_Step1_V12)
Select the cards you want to study
Right-click → Toggle Suspend
If you still don’t see the deck at all:
Verify your AnkiHub add-on installation:
Go to Tools → Add-ons → Check if AnkiHub is installed
If not, install it with code: 1322529746
Make sure you’re logged in to AnkiHub in Anki:
Click on “AnkiHub” in the top menu
Log in with the same credentials you used on the website
Try syncing again after confirming you’re logged in
If you’ve followed these steps and still have issues, please provide additional screenshots showing:
It also looks like, from the image you shared, that you have other MCAT decks in your collection that share a lineage. Thus, it’s very likely that the AnKing MCAT deck has installed but has been parked inside one of those decks
You can double-check this by heading to your Browse screen and seeing if this tag is present:
If so, the deck has installed. If not, let us know and we’ll be happy to troubleshoot further.
What happens when this is the case is that Anki ‘sees’ that you have cards in your deck that share a lineage and it presumes that you want to park them in the same place as the others.
Thus, in all likelihood, the cards are there, they’re just in a different parking spot. A little confusing, for sure, but not ultimately too big a deal.
What you decide to do from here is pretty much up to your preference/s:
If you don’t mind them being in their current location you can leave them there and review as-is. No harm no foul.
If you would prefer to move them elsewhere you can move them to any other deck, or subdeck, that you prefer and it won’t harm anything. It’s really up to you where, and if, you move them.
If you decide to move them, you can select a given tag, hit command+A, right-click one of the cards, and select ‘change deck’ to move them wherever you’d like.
Hopefully that clears up some of the confusion.
