Please help! Whenever I try to sync the subscription to my medical school’s in-house deck, more than half the cards do not show up. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Anki app, unsubscribing and resubscribing, and restarting my computer. Nothing is working. Need help to prep for test!!!

Hello,
Can you let me know which deck it is that you’re trying to sync?
How many cards are showing up for you?
Can you show me how you’re determining the number of cards present?
It’s called TAMHSCCOM In-house Deck. I am not sure of the exact number of cards, but it has not updated since I got a new computer approximately 1 week ago. I do not know how to determine the number of cards present, but I know there are several “sub-decks” that are not showing up for me that are showing up for other users who are subscribed to the same deck.
You mentioned that more than half of the cards are not showing up; can you help me understand how you’ve determined that? Ideally by showing an image, if you can
Also try this:
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on the ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
If you want the subdecks to repopulate, click this button by going to browse → ankihub tab at the top → rebuild subdecks and move cards into subdecks
