Hello, my settings are currently managed by the Anking Butler which has the FSRS settings integrated. The one thing I adjusted was having my learning cards review again at 10 minutes instead of 15. Everything has been great, until a few days ago when my intervals are completely out of whack. My again and hard interval are functioning properly, but my good and easy are not working correctly for cards that are completely new. Please help, I’ve tried to do as much research as I could and removed all my add ons, reset the deck, and nothing is changing.

Your change from 15 min to 10 min has nothing to do with your FSRS intervals. Let’s see what’s happening:

Can you make sure that all the decks you want these settings to apply to are in the same preset? From the screenshot, I see that the preset is “Default” and contains 9 decks. Is that what you intended, or could some decks be missing from this preset?

It would be helpful if you could click “Evaluate” and send me a screenshot of what appears on your screen.

Also, do you know how the “Optimize” button works, and have you ever clicked on it?
FSRS can generate long intervals if you’re hitting “Good” or “Easy” too often, especially on new cards. Do you think this could be happening?
- Yes, all my decks are in the default preset
- I attached a screenshot
- When my interval stopped working, I clicked on it a few times to see if it did anything and it really didn’t make a difference. I don’t know if that made things worse
- No, I would definitely say the majority of my cards I am hitting again or hand
So let’s try a few more things:

Click the arrow to reset to the default parameters. The default parameters are good too, but you will be able to optimize them in the future.

Then, try setting it to ignore cards before today’s date.
If this works, you can continue studying normally and click the “Optimize” button at most once a month!
Also, could you be misusing the “Hard” button? For example, pressing it too often or using it when you should be pressing “Again”?
Just out of curiosity: can you help me understand what about your good and easy intervals are not working correctly?
I’ll point out that, for the card you shared, the intervals listed on the card match perfectly your FSRS parameters. So, at least from what I can see of what you’ve shared, your intervals appear to be working correctly and exactly as intended.
If there is something else, though, that is amiss please let us know and happy to continue helping you troubleshoot until we can get you where you want to be.
