has anyone had this problem after importing v12 anking deck? my main page for anking deck used to be normal, but now it looks like this. I have sycned multiple times already and it still looks like this. Is there anything I can do?

Could you please send a screenshot of your Anki main screen showing the decks you have?
Also, could you please send a screenshot of your tags and tell me how many cards it says you have on this tag?

I just finished reseting my local changes for my Anking deck, but I still have that weird page for my Anking

I have 31919 cards that are under the step 1 v12 tag!
ps. I still have the v11 tag because it still has 3291 cards in step 1 and 4243 in step 2. I’m not sure if I’m doing anything wrong, so just to be extra safe I didn’t delete them.
Great news! It sounds like you have the cards.
Let’s try two things:
First, the cards may be suspended. Please follow this tutorial to unsuspend the tags you want to study: How to Get Started Studying
If that doesn’t work, the cards might be in another deck. Could you check for them? If you’re still having trouble, please send me a screenshot of the browser window showing which deck the cards with this tag are in.

Oh yes, I don’t have any trouble with the v12 cards or how to unsuspend the cards. I just have trouble with my AnKing deck page looking weird, and still having some cards in v12 tags even after I updated my Anking.
Oh, got it! I thought the problem was about only one card showing. Sorry for the misunderstanding!
What add-ons do you have installed? Opening Anki while holding down the Shift key temporarily disables your add-ons. Does the problem persist when you do that?
Oh the problem goes away when I do that!

Also, do you know why there are so many cards in v11 after I updated to the v12 version? Is this normal or is there smth I’m not doing right?

I would be happy to help. 
I presume you mean the v11 tags?
If so, updating won’t erase your v11 tags, so those tags will still display. This is normal, though once you’ve updated to v12 you can feel free to delete the v11 tags as they won’t serve any real purpose

Oh okay, I still have lots of cards under the v11 tag tho(around 3000). Should I also delete the cards that are still under v11 then? Also, do you know which add on is causing the weird formatting on my Anking main page?
You don’t necessarily want, or need, to delete the cards as many of those are likely still in the current deck and will bne tagged by v12 as well
If they are cards that are only tagged by v11, and are not also tagged by v12, that’s entirely up to you.
I’m not sure, to be honest. That appearance seems to be an older artifact, and I’ve never actually run into it myself
In a pinch, it appears that you only have a half dozen or so add-ons so it shouldn’t be too difficult to pinpoint which one it is
You might take a look here, but that’s as much a guess as anything:
This is coming from the V11 version of the AnKing deck (it’s not automatically removed when you get the AnkiHub version). You can fix it by removing the text under the Description screen as explained by @Brian_BH
