Issues with anking deck on mobile app

“no current card” found or sometimes the back of the card doesn’t show. I’m really confused what to do

Can you take a screenshot of what you mean? Does every card show this?

You can try this: On Anki, go to the top left and find tools, then click on empty cards, then press delete

It’s not every card, but once it shows up as blank. There is no way to continue the rest of the cards

Can you click edit and take a screenshot?

Clicking edit shows the same thing of “no current card”

You need to be on laptop/computer to do this however

Yes, I have tried your suggestion earlier on my laptop and I am still having the same issue on the mobile app

What’s the card showing on the computer app? “no current card” should only appear on mobile

This is one of the cards that the mobile app can’t either load up or displays as empty. It works fine on the computer though

Have you synced media completely on your phone? Like when you click sync does it say syncing or does it say media sync complete

Yes, I always have it say media sync complete before starting
