Recently I noticed that all the images in step deck could be normally seen on my laptop,but none of them could be seen on my ios mobile devices. Anki showed me an inform that the image is missing. How can I deal with this issue? Since I rely heavily on my mobile devices to study,I would appreciated it if helping me out.

Assuming the images show up fine on desktop the first thing I would try is forcing a one-way sync. From your desktop, click here:
Check the box ‘on next sync’:
Then from the main screen hit sync and select ‘upload’.
From your mobile device, hit sync and select ‘download’.
Media can take quite a long time to sync on a mobile device so you might give it some time. How long it takes depends on a few factors, could be 10 minutes could be an hour or more.

Thank you so much for your detailed guidance! I’ve tried that but I’m afraid it dosen’t work. The images still cannot be seen on my AnkiMobile App after it finished downloading and syncing. Maybe all the content and images are fine on ankiweb but it cannot be seen due to other possible problems of the mobile app?
When you click sync on your mobile device, what happens? Does it say its downloading again?
Can you check how much storage you have on your device?
For example Anki takes up 30 gb (for some reason) on my phone so that might be another reason

Since I forced one-way syncing,it asked me to choose from upload and download.I wanted to sync the images from ankiweb,so I choose download.
I checked the storage of the devices.It seemed that the storage hasn’t been run out.
Just to make sure:
When doing the one-way sync you selected ‘upload’ from the desktop, and then ‘download’ from the mobile device?
