I followed every video/tutorial to download it…and then I closed out of my anki…when I reopened it I couldn’t see the Anking Deck in my decks BUT it was present in my browse. Please help!! I don’t want to lose any progress I have on my already downloaded Pankow…I am pretty new to anki so I’m just very unfamiliar.

If the cards are present in your Browse screen that means that the cards are present. You can use the tags from the deck to find, and move, the cards wherever you like

Hi!! its weird because the cards are all there in the browse. its like 6k or smth… but my issue is why is the deck not showing up?? let me take a ss of what i mean:
Like i did the whole ‘reset’ smth setting i read about in other chat forums w/ similar issues and STILL it wont show up. i unsubs and resubs as well…
There’s nothing to reset, really. The cards are there, so everything is functioning fine from the perspective of Anki.
Most likely you have/had an older version of one of the decks that was folded into the Anking deck and so the cards are parked in one of your many decks.
If you see the cards in browse, one of the columns will be ‘deck’ and it will tell you where those cards are. Not a big deal; you can move cards around as you please by using the appropriate tags.
I just want to have one deck just for the anking thing. I don’t know how to create a deck for it…I know how to suspend and unsuspend cards and the basic functions of studying from anki but yeah idk the technical things…please guide me on how to add a deck for this subs
Yep, that tag looks normal. 
You can create a deck by using this button on the main Anki screen:
Once you have that deck created, you can move cards into it using the tags.
Okay I made my own deck…how do I add all the cards into the newly created deck???
oh i THINK maybe i figured it out…so what i did was i command+A all the cards underneath that tag and then right clicked and selected: move to a new deck. And then I just selected the new deck I made
but the issue w/ this is I can’t suspend cards by tags…like I liked the organization the Anking offered : (( I just really which I could see the ‘Anking deck’ in my decks so that I would be able to just work from THAT
You can still suspend by tags. Moving the cards won’t have any effect on that.
The tag organization is the exact same.
If you’re referring to subdecks, the same process applies there; you can move things into subdecks if that’s an organizational structure that you prefer.
The deck likely imported into one of your existing decks for the reasons listed above. But deck location isn’t immutable; you can move stuff around however you like and into whatever organization you prefer most.
You can also name it Anking Deck if that’s what you’d like. All the same at the end of the day.
