Low card count even after trying the reset anki hub add-on

I have 9998 cards in total for the anking step deck. I know there are 35k. But its showing only these much.

I tried to browse–>ankihub—>reset. It didn’t work.

Can it be bcz I have low storage in my local disk C.

Also, the Ankihub add on is still showing Media downloading though the sync is complete, showing no colour

Can you check your tags, specifically ‘step1_v12’ and, upon clicking on it, tell me how many cards it lists as being present (should be listed at the top of your screen)
