I used to not have this problem, but i first noticed it when images were not being populated in the cards. then i went on the forum and it said it would take about 60 minutes for it to complete. its been hours everyday i let ankihub try to media sync. how do i fix this?
Hello,
How much storage do you have on your device?
Also you can try this:
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
i have 83 gb available.
i tried reseting all local changes and media sync still says downloading. i also keep getting this error below. might this have something to do with it?

@eah6me As you’re on macOS, a user reported this solution worked for them:
That fixed it. it was network settings that was blocking media sync from ankihub to be dowloaded. thank you for the help
