Hi! I just downloaded the AnKing Step Deck + Storage. I was trying to start doing the lolnotacop deck for the bugs. Mine only shows 336 cards, but I had seen online people saying theirs was 1000s. I have already reset all local changes because I saw that fixed other peopleās issues, but mine still shows a low amount of cards.

Youāre not doing anything wrongāthis is a deck setup issue, not a bug with your account.
A few things to check:
-
Make sure you have the full Step Deck + Storage imported and subscribed via AnkiHub
- In AnkiHub, open the AnKing Step Deck + Storage shared deck page and confirm youāre subscribed.
- In Anki on your computer, go to
Tools ā Add-onsand confirm the AnkiHub add-on is installed and logged in with the same account. - Sync Anki, then go to
AnkiHub ā Manage AnkiHub Decksand make sure the Step Deck is linked and up to date.
-
Check if cards are in the Storage deck or suspended
The Step system often keeps a lot of cards in āStorageā / suspended until you move them into your active step.
- In the Browser, search for:
deck:"AnKing Step Deck::Storage"(or any Storage subdeck), andis:suspended
- See how many total cards are there. Many of the lolnotacop cards might just be suspended or sitting in Storage, which is why you only see ~336 active cards.
- In the Browser, search for:
-
Confirm youāre in the correct subdeck for lolnotacop
Depending on how you imported things, lolnotacop cards may live in a specific subdeck (e.g., something like
AnKing Step Deck::Lolnotacopor similar) and only a subset might be active for your current step.- In the Browser, search:
tag:lolnotacop- Or any tag you know is used for those cards.
- Check the card count at the top right of the Browser to see how many exist in your collection total, even if theyāre not all due.
- In the Browser, search:
-
Due count vs. total count
If youāre looking at the home screen number (the ā336ā), that might be due cards, not the total cards in that deck/tag.
The full lolnotacop set can be in the thousands, but only a portion will be:- unsuspended,
- in your current Step deck,
- and due today.
In the Browser, click the deck on the left and look at the total card count there to see how many you actually have, regardless of due status.
To help further, it would be useful if you could post a screenshot of:
- Your deck list showing the Step Deck + Storage structure, and
- The Browser with a search like
tag:lolnotacop, showing the total card count.
Once we see that, we can tell you exactly whether youāre missing cards or if theyāre just in Storage/suspended.
Hello,
The AnKing Step Deck V12 does not have subdecks by default. I assume you are referring to the tags.
Could you please navigate to this tag: #AK_Other > #AK_Original_Decks > Step1 > Lolnotacop?
Click on the Lolnotacop tag and let me know how many cards you see there.
When doing what you said (#AK_Other > #AK_Original_Decks > Step1 > Lolnotacop) it shows 4532. Sorry Iāve very new to using other peopleās Anki I would always just make my own so Iām unsure of how to use tags and such.

Yes, those are subdecks. The AnKing Step Deck doesnāt come with subdecks by default, so that subdeck structure was likely already there.
Updating your AnKing deck or resetting local changes wonāt automatically organize the cards into subdecks. Therefore, you will need to manually move the cards containing the āBugsā tag to the āBugsā deck that already exists.
To move cards from one deck to another, just select the cards you want to move (in this case, select the āBugsā tag). Click on one of the cards and press Cmd + A (on Mac) or Ctrl + A (on Windows) to select all of them. Then, right-click, select āChange Deck,ā and choose the deck you want to move the cards to.
