I just upgraded to V12 from V11 and I am missing tons of media.
I’ve already checked and the media says “idle”. I do have the image of a broken picture where media should be. I’ve already tried “reset all local changes to a deck”
Can you please provide me with the media package to download?

Unfortunately I can’t provide you with the media package, as all Ankihub decks are synced via the addon. That being said:
I show that you’re subscribed to a deck other than the v12 Anking deck, which I suspect may be part of the issue here.
