Hello,
Downloaded v12 and do not have tons of media files. Doing media check shows me this, that I dont have 13105 images.
My syncing status is idle and I can’t get it to start.
Already tried resetting local changes
Already tried checking database
Any help would be really appreciated! Thank you

It takes a bit of a longer explanation but: that screen, by itself, does not necessarily indicate that you’re missing media. The short version is that it still ‘counts’ some legacy files that are no longer included, so virtually everyone has a non-zero value reported there. I have it as well, even though I am 100% not missing any media.
That being said, have you run into issues with media displaying apart from this screen? Happy to help however I can.

It could be a few things, but let’s try the likeliest solution first. Go ahead and follow this tutorial, which will walk you through how to reset local changes (it won’t interfere with your learning progress at all; it just institutes a check of your local collection against the server copy): Resetting Local Changes
If that does the trick, great. If it doesn’t, that will mean we have to dig a bit deeper. Let me know how/if it works for you and we’ll go from there.
