Just to make sure we’re on the same page — the title says it was an accidental download, but you mentioned an accidental deletion. Could you clarify what happened and how you noticed you’re missing media?
Once I understand the situation better, I’ll be able to help you more effectively. In the meantime, I recommend trying to reset local changes. This will make the content of your cards match the AnkiHub website (except for any protected fields):

accidental deletion I mean. Tried to reset local changes but only the Getting Started with Anki deck showed up in the dialog box to reset.
Please click on AnkiHub in Anki’s main menu, then go to Deck Management and let me know which decks you see listed there. There’s a chance you may have unsubscribed from the deck when you deleted it.
If the deck doesn’t appear there, you’ll need to go to the AnkiHub website and subscribe to the AnKing Step Deck again. Then, if you’re logged into your AnkiHub account in Anki, you’ll be prompted to download the deck again.
