My tags did not update after purchasing AnkiHub Core

Hi there,

I purchased Ankihub because there was a weird glitch on my anki where a lot of my cards lost their tags. I just synced the new updated deck that I just purchased and I see that my cards’ tags still did not update. I have attached my screenshot of an example card versus a friend of mine who has the tags that should be there. Please let me know how I can update the tags so they can go back to the original. This is the reason why I purchased ankihub to begin with.

This card appears to be in the Anking Step Deck. While I do show that you have an active membership to Ankihub I don’t show that you’re currently subscribed to the Step Deck specifically, which is likely to be at least part of this. :slight_smile:

If you’re hoping to update cards that are in the Step Deck it will be necessary for you to subscribe to that deck (and, in general, to subscribe to any deck from which you hope to obtain updates).

This is a tutorial that can walk you through how to subscribe to the Step Deck: Subscribe/Install Step Deck (New User)

As with any major changes I would always encourage making a backup first. This can be done here:
