Need help to assign the deck into subjects

I am not sure what im doing. I got the deck but on the main screen it says 0. ( new to anki ) in addition i want to organize them into sections like topic wise for example Cardiovascular system , immune system etc but i have no clue how to do that.

Why does my AnKing Step Deck have 0 cards?

If you have just installed the AnKing Step deck and you have 0 cards. [CleanShot 2023-12-21 at 14.38.49@2x] This just means that all the cards are currently suspended. To see the cards: Go to browse On the left-hand side, go to tags Find the tag you want to use (for example, #AK_Step1_V12) Click on a card Right click → toggle suspend You will now see 1 blue card on your main Anki screen. Why are there no subdecks in the AnKing V12 deck?

Rationale When AnkiHub was initially released, it did not have subdeck support. We have not added it to the AnKing deck because of how complex it is. We did, however, add a #AK_Original_Decks tag that contains all the original subdecks. Future Plans We have plans to enable subdecks in the future, but likely only for Step 1.
