subscription active, can see just 20 cards on the app what’s the problem, I am almost giving up

It looks like you’re seeing only 20 cards in your deck even though you have an active AnkiHub subscription. This is likely due to Anki’s default daily new card limit rather than an issue with your subscription.

What’s happening:

In Anki, there’s a setting that limits how many new cards you can see per day. By default, this is often set to 20 new cards per day. This is a study management feature in Anki itself, not a limitation of AnkiHub.

How to fix it:

  1. Check your deck options:

    • In Anki, click on the gear icon next to your deck
    • Select “Options”
    • Look for “New cards/day” setting and increase it if you want to see more cards

  2. Or change it directly from the deck screen:

    • On the main Anki deck screen, click on the number shown under “New” for your deck
    • You can adjust the number of new cards per day from there

If you want to study all cards at once, you could set this to a much higher number (like 9999), but keep in mind that spacing out new cards is generally recommended for better retention.
