Welcome to the AnkiHub Community, and thanks for opening a support topic!
Right now your post only contains the default category description text, so we donβt yet know what issue youβre having with the new card limit. To help you effectively, please reply with:
A clear description of the problem
What exactly is happening with your new card limit?
What behavior are you expecting instead?
Your setup
Anki version (e.g., 24.06.1)
AnkiHub add-on version (if you know it)
Desktop or AnkiMobile/AnkiDroid?
Screenshots

Deck options β New Cards tab (showing the New cards/day setting)
Your deck list showing the New column for the deck in question
What youβve already tried
For example:
Changing the deckβs options group
Syncing Anki and AnkiHub
Restarting Anki
Once you share those details, I can help you figure out whether this is:
A standard Anki configuration issue (in which case Iβll point you to the right Anki resources), or
Something specific to how your deck is set up with AnkiHub (e.g., options synced from a shared AnkiHub deck, recommended settings, etc.), where I can give you concrete steps to fix it.
Sorry I didnβt know how to send a message properly, but when I unsuspend cards and try to review them as new cards, they donβt go above the limit of 150 even though that is not the limit I have set and I have saved the limit in subdecks as well. It shows the 150 as new but the remaining cards from the unsuspended group are in a grey text and not shown during the review (see below). Not sure if I am explaining things properly let me know what else you would like to know.
This suggests that these cards are simply buried. Try unsuspending a larger number of cards that would exceed 400 to see if the 400-cap is being respected. Then we can confirm there is no issue. You can change the burying settings here.
