Being a part of the Project Malleus Committee means we can reach our goal of creating Australia’s first ever open-source clinical medicine Anki deck for the benefit of medical students and junior medical officers just a little bit quicker. Imagine being a medical student with a Wikipedia like local resource built by your peers, constantly updating and neatly tagged according to university topic? Thankfully your CBL tutor has already tagged cards to your modules. Or perhaps you’re starting a new cardiology rotation as a JMO but realise you’ve forgotten some of the basics of ECG interpretation? Lucky an anonymous BPT registrar has already made those cards. The possibilities are endless and it’s exciting. There’s a role for absolutely everyone as we continue to continually innovate as a collaborative, motivated group of medical educators. We are a true grassroots independent not-for-profit organisation that is constantly seeking new volunteers to help guide us forward!
See you at the AGM in a month!
- Stapedius (president@malleus.org.au) and the entire Malleus team
