Hello, I recently got approved for a scholarship through the AnKng V12 reddit page. I went through all the steps to activate my account and I subscribed to the V12 deck. I also uploaded the media file via the google drive link on the reddit page. However, when I open my Anki, I cannot see the V12 deck. It does show that I am signed in and subscribed to the deck. It also shows I am subscribed to the deck on the ankihub website. I am not sure what to do in order to see the actual deck? I have tried unsubscribing and reentering the code. The same thing happened as before, I still cant see the deck. Any help is appreciated!
Send a screenshot of your home page and your browser window. Also, what version of Anki are you running?
Can you expand your tags and show that as well? Also show subscribed decks under AnkiHub screenshot?
