I am newish to anki, just subscribed to ankihub and would love to access the v12 deck. Finished waiting for my computer to let it sync - and I don’t see any new deck/am unable to upload media since I “own no decks” - help?
When prompted, did you press upload to ankiweb?
Yes I did pick upload to ankiweb(saw it on previous bug post). I actually see the deck now but only one card

When you go to browse → tags → ak_step1_v12 → at the top what does it say when you click on the tag? Only one card?
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
If that does not solve your issue, try this
Unsubscribe to the deck on the ankihub addon → unsubscribe to the deck on the ankihub website → resubscribe again on the website → press sync on anki
