title. I have deleted v12 step deck + all media and tags, unsubscribed from v12 step, synced with ankihub, then resubbed and resynced and still won’t work. All it says is downloading deck from ankihub, then checking, then nothing loads. Any solutions?

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on the ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
Then go to browse → tags → check to see if you can find #AK_Step1_V12
it’s saying i don’t have any ankihub decks configured yet
Can you try unsubscribing from the AnKing Step Deck on AnkiHub, then resubscribe → then click sync in your Anki
I just tried that again, still not working… 
im also facing the same issue i have tried resubscribing but no effect i can see v12 in the tags though what to do next
@manfish can you take a screenshot of your main Anki screen?
Also, did you see a prompt that says something like “upload to ankiweb” or “download from ankiweb” What did you click on?

i tried both uploading to ankiweb after deleting all my decks/media/tags and downloading from ankiweb after that actually, neither worked. Here is the sequence of messages i get when trying to download from ankiweb. Then after, there is still not the new deck.
