Anking V12 only syncing 85 cards

I followed all the instructions for downloading Anking v12 but nothing is working. First of all, the deck doesn’t even show up in my list of decks, but when I select Browse, I do see the Anking Overhaul note type, but there are only 85 cards under it. The cards are also not in my suspended cards. I’ve unsubscribed and resubscribed to the deck multiple times and even tried downloading V11 first and seeing if that would help, but alas it did not. Only the 85 cards showed up again. How do I fix this?
I did notice that the troubleshooting responses said to click “upload to ankiweb” if prompted, but I have not seen that prompt.

Can you try this first:

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on the ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

Can you confirm you have done the following?

  1. You have downloaded the ankihub addon and signed in
  2. You have subscribed to the deck you want
  3. You have clicked sync in Anki and clicked install
  4. You clicked upload to ankiweb if prompted in Anki

Then go to browse → tags → #AK_Step1_V12, all the cards should be there
