Hello, I’ve subscribed to Anking and followed all directions. However, after downloading there isn’t a deck shown only “instuctions” under theAnking overhaul that state - “Congratulations, you have finished the deck for now”. But i haven’t seen anything, Im so confused .The numbers of cards are at 0 too. How can i fix this?
You can unsuspend cards by going to browse → on the left go to tags → AK_Step1_V12 → right click on a card you want to do and toggle suspend
Also, your settings might be set to “0 new cards” which is why you can’t see any cards
If there are truly no cards in your browse for V12, then reset local changes by doing this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
