I followed the onboarding directions to download and install the add-on and v12. No cards or decks are appearing. I reset local changes, unsubscribed and resubscribed and have synced. No content has been added to my desktop app.

Did you have V11 before?
Can you go to browser → tags → do you see AK_Step1_V12?
Thank you for the responses. I found for some reason that it wasn’t uploading to AnkiWeb and wasn’t included in the sync. I unsubscribed and resubscribed again and it seems to have updated appropriately as evidenced by the v12 tags being present.

Hi! Can you please help me - I cannot get first aid images on my V12 deck. I have tried unprotecting them, unsubscribing/resubscribing, reset local changes, and import media and nothing seems to be working. Any idea on how I can fix this? Thank you so much

AnKing V12 does not sync first aid media.

Hi! Thank you so much for your reply. I have friends in my med school class who also use V12 and are somehow able to see First Aid images. Do you know of any media imports I can use? Or how some people have First Aid media and others don’t? Thanks in advance!
You can ask your friends to export their media via the addon so that you can use the import media option. Basically you just need their media files. Also, check your protected fields on Ankihub, FirstAid section should not be protected to sync the HTML of file names.
