How do i organize my decks by topic?

You can create a deck and then move all the cards you want to that specific deck.
Hi. I set my anki to give me 25 new cards each day, but i notice they’re under the same topic so it looks like i’m not getting any new cards, how do i change this?
For easier access, I create sub-decks in the Anking overhaul step 1-2 deck. Will the cards continue to receive updates when I move the cards to these supports?
Yes, you will still receive updates this way
