I’m having an issue with my subscription – it’s still not working after completing payment. The transaction does not show up in my profile either, but I paid using Apple Pay (which I am suspecting might be the issue) and not directly with the card on my ankihub account. Tried emailing support privately about this a few days ago but there has been no response. Could anyone help me out? Thanks!

Try logging out and back in - Sometimes this can refresh your subscription status

Based on our official documentation, there are two main ways to get help with subscription issues:
Email support directly: Contact support@ankihub.net with details about your payment (transaction date, amount, Apple Pay confirmation)
Create a detailed support post: You’ve already taken this step by posting here! Someone from the team should be able to help you soon.
It’s possible that Apple Pay transactions might take longer to process or might require manual verification. Rest assured that your payment should be recoverable if it was completed successfully through Apple Pay.
Have you tried checking the Membership Portal yet to see if there’s any information about your subscription status there?
