After updating to Anking v12, I am noticing several issues. First, the pixorize images which are automatically supposed to be included in Anking v12 are not showing in my cards. Second, it seems that I have way too many notes (32407 after deleting all the notes in the !DELETE tag under #AK_Step1_v11 tag). I am not sure if my collection is being synced correctly with Ankihub. Please help. Also, am I supposed to delete the cards under !DELETE (duplicate) under each of the other tags?

If you can’t see Pixorize media, try this:
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
It might take some time to download however
Regarding notes, you should have around 28,744 notes (note that notes and cards vary especially when upgrading from V11. Resetting local changes, like Ive typed above, can ensure you have all the cards
You can delete all the cards under duplicate but they will keep coming back. We are now deleting them permanently on AnkiHub so then you can delete them under the tag “AnkiHub_Deleted”
