For a friend: When upgrading from V11 to V12, the pixorize media is there when looking at the browser, but there is no button to see the media.
Steps done: check media, reset changes to local deck from browser, updating anki version, and adding special fields add on.
Sketchy images are showing but I cannot see the “buttons” for Pixorize, First Aid, etc.
I do not need the buttons, I just want the Pixorize images to be shown on my cards!!
Try following the steps here and let us know if you still have the issue:
UPDATE: the button not appearing at all indicates that this is not a missing media issue, rather the Pixorize field doesn’t have contents at all. Resetting local changes as described in the linked post and checking protected fields should help.
All of those steps are followed. I am not missing any media. It is showing up in the extra fields. It is just not visible when actually doing the cards (have to press browse, look at the card fields- absent when actually doing the cards).
Interesting. If you click the Cards button in the editor and search for Pixorize in the back template, does this section show up?
Can you take a screenshot of the card with the Pixorize image showing in the browser then take a screenshot of the card in preview mode?
