I can only see the AI chatbot on the cards and not the flashcard selector. Is there a way I could get it to show up?
Ive just joined ankihub premium for the AI card search from lectures. I dont see any difference with my anki after paying and restarting anki a couple times. Is this something thats still in beta and will becoming out to everyone tomorrow?
@farrellc you might need to go to the AnkiHub addon → Deck Management → Click AnKing step deck → Change new cards destination → then select the deck that you use primarily to do step deck cards. This can occur if you have multiple AnKing decks or old versions

@sleepyoso if you’ve purchased premium, you should have access to the AI features now.
Are you on the latest AnkiHub add-on version and Anki version?
Also, can you go to the top left of your screen in Anki → Click Anki → about Anki → take a screenshot (you should be running Qt6 version, Qt5 version will not work with AI)
Hi. I also have a lifetime subscription and saw same issue about web asking me to upgrade to premium. Do you need me to send some proof?

I have the same problem as others having a lifetime subscription but needing to upgrade to premium on the website. I do see the new AI features within Anki but not sure if it’s due to the free 14 day trial for core users or not. I wonder if this is a bug that most lifetime subscription users are experiencing?

I had a question if it was possible to be able to create a tag for the cards the AI scanner has pulled.
For example, if I put in my immunology note PDF on antibiotic and immuno suppression I would like to be able to custom tag those cards it pulled to Immunology antibiotic/ suppression tag. This allows for easy review of those specific cards prior to exam.
Just a feature request but let me know if you know a potential work around
This is possible!
To do this, after you’ve uploaded your document, scroll down to open selected in browser
Then highlight all the cards by clicking Cmd + A → right click → notes → add tags → add the tag you want
This will now add a tag for all those cards you just selected!

Hi. I recently upgraded my subscription to premium. I have a PC and all the AI features work, however when I am using my Macbook, the AI features do not work. I updated my Anki to Qt 6.6.2, but I still don’t see the AI features.
Please assist. Thank you!
Can you go to Ankihub addon → deck management → select the anking step deck → change new cards destination → then set it to the deck you are currently using?
Also, just to check, what deck are you trying to use the features for?
Thanks for your response. I am trying to use the features for he Anking Step deck. I changed the new card destination to the Anking step deck, and that fixed the problem. Thank you so much!
