I had the free version previously, and now purchased the subscription. I still had missing media files so I deleted the AnKing Step Deck, but now do now know how to re-download it. Help.

You can re-download the AnKing Step Deck through AnkiHub; deleting it from Anki doesn’t remove your access.
Here’s what to do:
- Open Anki on your computer (AnkiHub works best from the desktop app).
- Make sure the AnkiHub add-on is installed and you’re logged in with the account that has the subscription.
- In Anki, go to the AnkiHub add-on menu (usually
Tools → AnkiHubor an AnkiHub button in the top bar). - Open the Shared Decks / Browse Decks page from the AnkiHub menu.
- Search for “AnKing Step Deck” (or the exact title you subscribed to) and click into that deck.
- Click Subscribe / Download again to pull the deck back into your collection.
After it finishes:
- Run Check Media in Anki (
Tools → Check Media) to see if you still have missing media. - If there are still missing files, take a screenshot of the missing media report and share it in your topic so we can help troubleshoot (sometimes it’s normal to see a few unused files or optional media).
If you don’t see the AnKing Step Deck in your AnkiHub deck list at all, please confirm:
- The email/account you used to purchase the subscription.
- That you’re logged into AnkiHub with that same account in both the browser and the add-on.
Reply back with what you see in the AnkiHub add-on (a screenshot of the deck list helps) and I can walk you through the next step.

I’ve seen your reset local changes but I CANT find that. Can you give me step instructions?
The link I attached includes a step-by-step tutorial on how to reset local changes: How to Reset Local Changes
Could you clarify what you are unable to find? Is it the AnkiHub button, or does the deck not appear when you click to reset local changes?
Now, please follow this tutorial to adjust your deck settings and start unsuspending the cards you want to study: How to Get Started Studying
Also, to ensure everything is set up correctly, please go to the Browser and click on the #AK_Step1_v12 tag. It should display the number of cards or notes. Could you let me know what number you see in your Anki?
You have all the cards! You just need to set your daily limits and unsuspend the cards you want to study: How to Get Started Studying

How do I sort them by content after un-suspending them?
The AnKing Deck is organized by tags rather than subdecks. This means that everything remains in the same deck when you review, unless you manually create subdecks for each tag. We generally do not recommend that approach, as it would require creating a large number of subdecks.
The recommended workflow is to unsuspend only the tags you want to study right now while keeping everything else suspended. This ensures that only the content you want to study appears in the AnKing deck. If you unsuspend everything at once, you will not have control over which content shows up in your reviews.
Once you finish the new cards for a specific tag, you can simply unsuspend the next one you want to study.
