Hi. I paid for the ankihub app subscription on my iphone but my anki is failing to sync on my phone. Is it possible to get a refund for the app? Thank you

Hello,
Just to make sure: you bought the mobile app and are wanting a refund for that (Ankimobile)?
Unfortunately, Ankimobile is separate from AnkiHub. The software itself, Anki (and Ankimobile), are not owned by AnkiHub so thereโs not a lot we can do there. Iโm not actually sure how one would go about requesting a refund for the app, though I would imagine that the first place you might inquire would be the official Anki forums here: https://forums.ankiweb.net/
If nothing else, that will be where youโll find folks who know more about how that billing works, and can probably be of more help as pertains a refund for the mobile app, I imagine.
Separate from that, I should note: AnkiHub can work on a mobile device, it just requires that you first sync to a desktop computer. Once youโve synced to a desktop computer, you can then cross-sync to a mobile device (iPad, iPhone, etc., etc.). I routinely do a good chunk of my reviews on an iPhone and iPad more days than not, so itโs certainly possible. It can also be done to Android devices and other stuff, as well.
Let me know if thatโs helpful, if you have any other questions, and/of if thereโs anything else I can help with. Happy to help however I can.
