Is there any easy way of replacing older First Aid images in the notes (First Aid Field) with the newer ones. Like replacing the same image used in different notes in one go, instead of opening each note and then replacing.

You can use the “find and replace” feature in Anki.
Right click on a card → note → find and replace → find the HTML of the image you want to replace then add the new HTML you want to add. You will need to add the image to a card first so Anki can pick up the HTML you want to add I believe
