This cant be the first impression of such a reputable platform like Anki. I have been trying to download Anki desktop and set it up for the past two days!!!. Can’t yall just work on the problem please. It’s ridiculous how everyone has normalized it here. “If it’s your first time installing, then it’s normal for it to be slow.” This is 2026, slow things aren’t normal in this time. Fix the problem please.

I would be happy to help. Are you referring to the Anki software itself, or are you downloading the AnKing Step deck from AnkiHub?
Regarding your account, I don’t see an active subscription on AnkiHub. So I am also unsure what you are referring to, as we do not have any reports of the Anki software being slow to install.
To download the Anki software, simply visit https://apps.ankiweb.net/ and download the version compatible with your operating system. The installation should be fast.
