Thanks for posting, and welcome!

To help you link AnkiHub with your desktop Anki, weโ€™ll need a bit more information about what exactly is going wrong.

Please reply with:

  1. Your setup

    • Anki version (e.g. 2.1.65, found in Help โ†’ About)
    • Operating system (Windows / macOS / Linux)
    • AnkiHub add-on version (in Anki: Tools โ†’ Add-ons โ†’ AnkiHub โ†’ View Files and check meta.json, or screenshot the add-ons list)
  2. What youโ€™ve already tried

    • Are you logged into the same AnkiHub account in:
      • The AnkiHub website and
      • The AnkiHub add-on in Anki (Tools โ†’ AnkiHub โ†’ Settings)?
    • Did you install the AnkiHub add-on from our instructions here?
      โ†’ https://community.ankihub.net/docs
  3. The exact problem

    • What do you click, and what happens? (e.g., error message, blank screen, nothing happens)
    • Any screenshots of the AnkiHub add-on window or error messages.

In the meantime, you can check these common fixes:

  1. Verify add-on is installed and enabled
    • Tools โ†’ Add-ons โ†’ make sure AnkiHub is listed and not disabled.
  2. Log in again
    • Tools โ†’ AnkiHub โ†’ Log out (if available), then restart Anki and log in again via Tools โ†’ AnkiHub.
  3. Disable conflicting add-ons
    • Hold Shift while starting Anki to temporarily disable other add-ons.
    • Then enable only AnkiHub and test again.

Once you share the details above (and ideally a screenshot), I can give you more targeted steps to get AnkiHub and your desktop Anki linked.

Hello,

I would be happy to help.

Can you share a bit more detail about the specific difficulties youโ€™re running into?

The more context you can share the easier it may be to be of help. Screenshots are ideal, if you can, just so I can see what youโ€™re seeing

At the very least, youโ€™ll want to make sure that youโ€™ve taken care of all the necessary setup steps, in order to be able to access decks on AnkiHub. From AnkiHub.net, you should be able to click on โ€˜Tasksโ€™ here and there are step-by-step instructions, with tutorials, for everything in order to get squared away:

Please let me know if that answers your question, and if thereโ€™s anything else I can help with.
