I’ve been having the same issue with smart search for the past couple of days. I upload my PDF/PPT files, and it either gets stuck on ‘Wrapping up’ or finishes uploading but doesn’t give me the cards.

Hello! I am having this same issue. Any insight as to how I can get the powerpoints to upload and provide cards would be greatly appreciated.
